At this time, we can only ship orders within the United States and Canada.

Products sold by InFocusStore.com, including equipment and software, may be exported from the United States only in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to United States law is prohibited. You warrant and represent that you are eligible to receive Products under United States law and agree to abide by any export or re-export restrictions imposed by the manufacturer or publisher. InFocus may discontinue shipping to one or more countries at anytime without notice.

InFocusStore.com is required to withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Florida only. Each customer will be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions.

All InFocus Store products are warranted against defects for 30 days from the date of the shipment. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, or the product is no longer available, InFocus Store will have the right to refuse or cancel, without liability, any orders placed for product that is no longer available or is listed at the incorrect price. InFocus Store will have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, InFocus Store will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

InFocus Store makes every reasonable effort to maintain 100% system availability, except during scheduled maintenance periods. Should we experience technical difficulties, InFocus Store is not responsible for orders that are not processed or accepted.

You agree that any legal action brought against InFocus Store will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the InFocusStore.com site will be an appropriate federal or state court located in Hillsborough County, Florida, USA. Any cause of action must be brought within two (2) years from the date that the cause of action arose.

Fraud hurts us all, and we will prosecute fraudulent ordering to the fullest extent of the law. It is a violation of the law to place orders under a false name or with an invalid credit card. We have a sophisticated fraud control system that screens for suspicious orders. All orders are subject to investigation and verification, and possible cancellation. In order to protect our customers, orders that cannot be verified as legitimate will be cancelled and the customer/cardholder notified. The FBI is responsible for investigating fraud cases.
